They are honest and straightforward and get customers in and out efficiently./ppService Advisor responsibilities:/pulliGreeting customers promptly/liliObtaining customer and vehicle information/liliClearly reporting all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer/liliDetermining and recommending needed maintenance based on age, mileage and history of vehicle/liliPrepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts/liliEstablish follow up time/liliMonitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating customers frequently/liliVerifying that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order/liliExplaining all completed work and charges to customers/li/ulpQualifications:/pulliMinimum 1 year experience in a Service Advisory role/liliPositive attitude/liliHigh volume mentality/liliCSI focused/liliService Advisor, Dealership, Automotive Knowledge: 1 year/li/ulpBenefits:/pulliMedical, Dental, Vision benefits/liliAccrued Vacation Time/lili401K Plan/liliLife Disability Insurance/liliExtensive training and support/liliEmployee vehicle purchase plans/liliDiscounts on products and services/li/ul/div
