Are you a CDL-A driver looking for a rewarding OTR opportunity with competitive pay and modern equipment? Home Time: Typically, drivers will be out for 1-2 weeks depending on location and freight. We strive for weekly home time, but 2-week periods may occur. Your schedule will run Monday through Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.
Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained and consists of vehicles no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Each truck is equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their truck and trailer home, with secured parking responsibilities.
No Touch Freight: All dry van loads utilize 70% drop and hook operations, minimizing dock waiting times. Enjoy 100% no-touch freight, primarily consisting of automotive loads for efficient operations.
Pay and Miles: Expect to earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 weekly, depending on your hiring location, with weekly mileage between 2,500 and 2,800 miles. The base rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles.
Running Area: Primarily east of I-35, dedicated drivers can expect to cover up to 3,000 miles weekly. Our consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.
Benefits: Health insurance kicks in on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Additional benefits include vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. You become eligible for dedicated accounts after 90 days.
