Project Manager

We are seeking a Project Manager to improve how a major utility’s Survey team receives, prioritizes, schedules, tracks, and completes a high volume of work requests. This person will improve existing processes, reduce the backlog, and provide better visibility into workload, priorities, and productivity. The role requires on-site and field presence . Key Responsibilities Manage and prioritize a high volume of survey requests and work tickets . Document and improve the workflow from intake through completion. Create a clear intake process so requests are properly defined before scheduling. Coordinate priorities and requirements between internal customers and the Survey team. Establish weekly work plans and track progress against priorities. Develop strategies to manage and reduce the backlog . Create dashboards, trackers, and KPIs for workload, status, capacity, and productivity. Work with the Maximo team to improve work intake, scheduling, tracking, and reporting. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and resource utilization. Determine which activities could be outsourced or supported by contract resources. Spend time in the field to understand operations and challenges. Qualifications Strong project management or workflow management experience . Experience managing high-volume, short-duration work requests. Experience with intake, prioritization, scheduling, backlog management, and resource planning . Ability to evaluate processes and implement practical improvements. Experience developing dashboards, reports, and performance metrics. Experience with work-order or work-management systems. Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills. Comfortable working on-site and regularly engaging with field teams. Preferred Experience Utility, construction, surveying, engineering, or field-operations experience. Experience managing outsourced work or scalable staffing models. #J-18808-Ljbffr
