Vice President of Human Resources

Resort Lifestyle Communities seeks a Vice President of Human Resources to lead people strategy across its all-inclusive independent living communities. This executive will align HR initiatives with a resident-first, hospitality-driven culture, overseeing talent acquisition, workforce planning, total rewards, and organizational development. The VP will ensure multi-state compliance, guide employee relations, and support leaders in building engaged, high-performing teams. In partnership with senior executives, this role will shape growth, drive change, and enhance the employee experience that supports active, worry-free senior lifestyles.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR strategy for a growing portfolio of senior living communities, aligning people practices with resident-first culture and business goals.
• Oversee talent acquisition, workforce planning, and succession strategies for hospitality, operations, and leadership roles nationwide.
• Design and manage total rewards, performance management, and engagement programs that attract and retain top talent.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR policies across multiple states; mitigate risk and guide complex employee relations.
• Champion organizational development, leadership training, and culture initiatives that promote service excellence and teamwork.
• Partner with executive leadership on change initiatives, growth planning, and strategic workforce decisions.
