As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll play a crucial role in delivering high-quality ABA therapy services in a home and clinic setting in Norfolk, VA and surrounding areas. Job Summary: We're seeking an experienced Behavior Technician (BT) to join our team of compassionate therapists. As an RBT, you'll facilitate one-on-one ABA therapy sessions for clients, utilizing individualized protocols developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You'll also collect data throughout the session, document progress notes, and collaborate with colleagues and caregivers to foster a culture of learning. Behavior Technician (BT) Responsibilities: Facilitate personalized, one-on-one ABA therapy services for clients across diverse environments Collect data throughout the session and document all sessions with progress notes Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and caregivers to foster a culture of learning Create an engaging therapeutic environment to encourage growth and skill acquisition Behavior Technician (BT) Requirements: Hold an active RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) or willingness to become RBT High School Diploma or Equivalent required, pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred Willingness to obtain an active Adult and Child CPR/First Aid certification within the first 30 days of employment Ability and willingness to support the basic needs of clients Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license Behavior Technician (BT) Benefits and Perks: Competitive pay: $20.00–$26.00 per hour Flexible Hours – Find the work-life balance you've been looking for!
