Shift: 1st Shift | Monday-Thursday | 6:00 AM-4:00 PM
Mandatory Overtime: Friday and Saturday during peak season

Diverse Staffing is seeking dependable Warehouse Order Picker Associates for a distribution center in McDonough, GA. This is a fast-paced warehouse position for candidates who enjoy staying active throughout the workday and are comfortable working on their feet.

Job Duties:

• Pull customer orders accurately throughout the warehouse
• Use order sheets or scanning devices to locate products
• Build and stage pallets for shipment
• Move materials throughout the distribution center
• Verify order accuracy before shipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Must-Have Requirements:

• Ability to read and count accurately
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift
• Ability to work mandatory overtime when required
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse experience
• Order picking experience
• Experience working with productivity goals or quotas
• RF scanner experience

Work Environment:

• Large distribution center environment
• Fast-paced warehouse operation
• Extensive walking throughout the shift
• 10,000+ steps per day is common
• Repetitive lifting, bending, and reaching
• Standing for the majority of the workday
• Overtime required during peak business periods
