CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.As a Research Project Manager, you will provide comprehensive oversight and leadership for the successful delivery of pre-clinical and clinical research projects, managing them from initiation to close-out. You are responsible for ensuring assigned research activities meet their strategic objectives. Every day you will meticulously manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and resources for assigned trial(s), actively mitigating risks. This includes adept management of outside clinical sites, vendors, and all study meeting planning and execution. To be successful in this role, you will possess exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills, with a deep understanding of research methodologies and regulations. Your ability to manage multiple complex projects, drive collaboration, and consistently deliver high-quality results will be foundational.Collaborate with project investigators and research sites to ensure targets are met for study start up, site activation, patient recruitment and enrollmentAssist with clinical site contract and amendment development as applicableCoordinate preclinical project work activities among internal departments and stakeholders, including the Pre-clinical, Pharmacokinetic and Pharmacodynamic Core, and Senior ScientistsCoordinate multiple studies including the review of study protocols, data and final reportsEnsure compliance with pre-clinical guidelinesWork with biorepository and veterinary managers to ensure that materials for pre clinical study work are available and providedRequiredBachelors degree in related fieldTwo (2) years of Project Management or 2 years of Clinical Research ExperienceA combination of education and experience may be acceptedPreferredMasters degree in related fieldReady to make a real difference?
