​Position Title: S&OP Program Manager - Global TransformationPosition Type: Regular - Full-Time ​Requisition ID: 42793 ​McCain is embarking on a global supply chain planning and S&OP transformation to improve how we plan and operate our business and supply chain. Key challenges with today’s processes include a lack of data connectivity, a lack of engagement from all functions, and a significant time requirement to create demand and supply plans. We are looking to add a Program Manager to help our business and technology transformation teams organize around value, prioritize the work, and remove the blockers to success.What you’ll be doing. This Program Manager position will oversee the planning and delivery of multiple initiatives aligned to the S&OP program. The Program Manager is responsible for the initiation, planning, controlling, monitoring, execution of and closing of projects linked to contracted deliveries. Responsibilities also include building project strategies for assigned projects using agile or the waterfall methodologies. Through team management, planning, project clarification, and process ownership, the Program Manager will facilitate creativity, help team members work together, remove impediments to progress, facilitate meetings, foster team empowerment and entrepreneurship, and enable the team to complete tasks on time at a high level of quality. The position requires a good communicator with experience in managing risks, adjusting schedules and tasks to meet committed timelines and can lead projects. We are looking for an experienced individual with a pragmatic problem-solving approach with experience working with globally distributed internal colleagues and multiple third-party partners. What you’ll need to be successful. Seeking an experienced IT leader with 10+ years in the industry and strong project management expertise, including at least 3 years managing teams. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of progressive leadership roles in major projects and programs, with proven ability to drive improvements using both Agile and traditional methodologies. PMP and Agile certifications (CSM/SAFe) are a plus.Key Qualifications:Exceptional leadership and people management skills, including leading diverse, cross-functional teams and managing upward with senior leadership.Strong business acumen, industry knowledge, and familiarity with digital trends and innovation.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities to effectively collaborate across internal and external stakeholders.Skilled in strategic planning, analytical thinking, and program delivery within financial and resource constraints.Proficient with project management tools like Jira and Microsoft Project, and adaptable to changing priorities while maintaining focus on overall business objectiveAdditional information.Travel may be required – small amounts as neededJob is primarily performed in a hybrid working model – expectation of minimum 3 days a week in the Toronto McCain officeAbout McCain. USD annually + Bonus eligibilityThe above reflects the target compensation range for the position at the time of posting.
