Dishwasher / Server Assistant – The Backbone of the Team Clean plates and tidy tables keep the whole restaurant moving — and that’s where you come in. We’re looking for someone who can keep dishes sparkling, tables reset, and the team supported during busy shifts. From steaks to scratch made fried pickles to Angus hamburgers, we seek to have the best food anywhere in the county. If you are just looking for a job to do the minimum required, this isn’t the place for you. What You’ll Do Wash dishes, glassware, pots, and pans so the kitchen stays stocked and running. Clear and reset tables quickly so new guests feel welcome. Keep dish area and dining areas clean, safe, and organized. Take out trash and help with basic cleaning tasks. Refill water and bring extra napkins or silverware when needed. Jump in to support teammates wherever needed. What We’re Looking For Hardworking, reliable, and quick on your feet. Comfortable being active and handling a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude — you’ll be helping everyone do their jobs better. No prior experience needed — we’ll train you. Physical Stuff You’ll be on your feet most of the shift. Must be comfortable lifting up to 20 to 30 pounds occasionally.
