Are you living your life's work?The HUP ED is looking for an experienced RN to join the team! The position typically starts fully night shift (three 12s, 7p-7a, every third weekend).The HUP Emergency Department provides care to high acuity specialty populations in addition to the West Philadelphia community. Located in the new patient Pavilion, this state-of-the-art Emergency Department is one of three 2-floored EDs in the country, and features 61 patient exam rooms, 9 rapid assessment rooms, 4 resuscitation bays, 36 acute care rooms, and 12 forward flow rooms. HUP's ED sees over 65,000 patients per year. It is a comprehensive stroke center and offers advanced cardiac care to transplant and LVAD populations. Nurses in the HUP ED work as part of an inter-disciplinary team in a fast-paced environment. They are equipped with a unique skill set to provide care in the most critical situations. Nurses prioritize the wellness and safety of their patients while maintaining compassionate and meaningful care.
