Schedule & Location Details This position is located at Indianapolis International Airport and operates: Monday through Sunday Nights and weekends required 5:00 AM – 11:00 PM (shifts vary) Target Start Date The anticipated start date for this position can range from late June through August, depending on hiring and onboarding timelines. Position Requirements Must have a valid driver’s license to obtain an airport parking pass Supervisory experience in the food industry preferred Flexible schedule availability required Responsibilities Oversees daily shift operations and employee performance Maximizes customer satisfaction by handling requests and resolving complaints professionally Maintains a clean, organized, and fully stocked workspace Ensures smooth daily production and service operations Performs sandwich artist, cashier, and CSR responsibilities as needed Prepares sandwiches, wraps, salads, and protein bowls according to Nature’s Table standards Maintains food safety, sanitation, and quality standards at all times Processes cash, debit, and credit card transactions accuratelyBalances cash drawers and follows all cash handling procedures Provides excellent customer service and promotes a welcoming environment Assists with training and mentoring new team members Supports operations while maintaining company standards and culture Additional Leadership Responsibilities Lead the shift from start to finish (opening, mid, and closing shifts) Set the tone for urgency, hospitality, and professionalism Ensure proper station coverage and team positioning Adjust staffing in real time based on business volume Maintain smooth service flow and prevent bottlenecks at the register, expo, or kitchen Qualifications Prior supervisor, sandwich artist, cashier, or CSR experience preferred but not required #J-18808-Ljbffr CC Holdings, Inc.
