Admin Assistant | Bridge to EmploymentChallenge Enterprises of North Florida, Inc.Location: Club Challenge - PlazaJob Type: Part-TimePay Rate: $18.00 per hourBenefits: Limited benefitsSchedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m.-2:30 p.m. | Hours may vary based on program needsPosition OverviewChallenge Enterprises of North Florida is seeking an organized, dependable, and compassionate individual to join our Bridge To Employment team as a Program Assistant.The Bridge To Employment department provides opportunities and assistance for people with disabilities to find and retain employment. This position supports the Bridge To Employment Supervisor and Employment Specialists with administrative support, data collection, consumer tracking, record keeping, authorizations, billing, intakes, and required program documentation.The role also assists consumers with resumes, job searches, job applications, job development, and On The Job Training opportunities while maintaining professional communication with consumers, the Bridge To Employment team, referring agencies, families, guardians, and other involved parties.What You'll DoProgram Administration & DocumentationAssist with maintaining a live and accurate consumer tracking system and consumer status reports.Maintain digital and paper records and filing systems.Assist with reviewing authorizations and billing submissions.Assist with completing and submitting required billing documentation using the approved electronic system.Review program documentation for accuracy and help obtain required signatures.Assist with acquiring and completing required documentation to satisfy and maintain state compliance standards.Consumer Intake & Employment SupportAssist with scheduling and interviewing new consumer intakes.Participate in screening and referral meetings for Supported Employment candidates.Assist consumers with updating resumes, job searches, job applications, and job development.Get to know consumers and their interests to support employment-related activities.Assist with planning and orientation for On The Job Training opportunities and employment skills classes.Communication & Team SupportMaintain excellent communication with the Bridge To Employment team, consumers, referring agencies, families, guardians, and other involved parties.Communicate patiently and positively with individuals participating in the program.Attend mandatory training and staff meetings as assigned.Participate in Challenge Enterprises orientation.Promote the agency mission: “The Power of People and Possibilities for individuals living with disabilities.”Follow Challenge Enterprises of North Florida, Inc. policies and procedures.Complete other duties as assigned as program and agency needs change.What We're Looking ForWe are looking for a dependable and organized team member who enjoys helping others, communicates clearly, and can balance administrative responsibilities with direct employment support.
