What You'll Do

Deliver Amazing Guest Service Welcome guests with a smile and help make every visit unforgettable.

Create Magical Moments Interact with families and guests throughout the attraction to make their day extra special.

Keep the Fun Going Support attraction operations and help guests enjoy a safe, exciting experience.

Be the Face of the Fun Answer questions, provide directions, and bring positive energy to every interaction.

Help Manage Guest Flow Keep lines moving smoothly while ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment.

✨ Keep It Looking Awesome Help maintain clean, organized, and guest-ready spaces throughout the attraction.

️ Support the Guest Experience Ensure public areas are stocked, welcoming, and ready for adventure.

Help Operations Run Smoothly Assist with opening, closing, and other daily operational tasks.

Qualifications & Experience

• 6–12 months of experience in attractions, entertainment, or customer service is a magical bonus !

• Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality that lights up the room.

• ️ Great communication, listening, and people-boosting skills.

• Self-motivated and ready to shine—solo or with the team.

• Super flexible—able to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events!
