Registered Nurse – Med Surg Tele for a travel assignment in Kealakekua, Hawaii. Start date: August 31, 2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Weekly pay range: $2,324 per week to $2,440 per week. Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care on medical-surgical/tele units, including coordination of care for adult patients.
- Float between two MS/Tele units and provide overflow coverage for MS patients in ICU and ED as needed.
- Monitor patient status, document assessments, administer prescribed medications, and perform routine therapies.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement and adjust care plans; respond to changes in patient condition.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record (EPIC), ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
- Communicate clearly with patients and families, and escalate concerns to the charge nurse or physician as appropriate.

Requirements
- EPIC electronic medical record experience is required.
- Ability to float between MS/Tele units and provide MS overflow coverage to ICU and ED.
- Availability to work a night shift schedule on a 3x12-hour cadence (approximately 36 hours per week).
- Travel RN on a 13-week assignment in Hawaii; willing to relocate as needed.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
