Frisco Feeding and Speech Therapy (FFST) is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist who is passionate about helping children build independence, confidence, and functional skills for everyday life. Our Occupational Therapy team goes beyond standard intervention and has opportunities to specialize in areas such as:

• Sensory processing and regulation support
• Fine motor and visual motor development

• Developmental delays and neurodiversity affirming care
• Collaboration with feeding, speech, and lactation services

• Schedule: Full Time, Monday to Thursday (Friday optional)
• Locations:  Prosper, TX
• Setting: Outpatient pediatric clinic

• Meet productivity expectations and clinic standards
• Complete diagnostic assessments for a wide range of pediatric clinical needs
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Provide evidence based treatment for identified disorders
• Maintain required documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR)
• Collaborate with related providers to ensure quality, coordinated care
• Provide continuous parent education and family support
• Pursue continuing education to support and strengthen clinical skill development

• Current Texas licensure through the appropriate board (OTR or COTA)
• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy (or associate degree for COTA)
• Two years of pediatric experience preferred
• Experience with sensory processing, fine motor, and developmental delays preferred
• Experience using an electronic medical record for documentation preferred
