Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into an enriching opportunity as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist supporting elementary students in grades K-4 for the 2026-2027 school year. This role places you at the heart of a dynamic school environment, helping young learners build critical communication skills that set the foundation for academic and social success. The assignment runs from September 8th, 2026 through June 25th, 2027, with a 35-hour work week across five days.

Key Qualifications:

• Active New York SLP License
• NY Teaching Certification
• Open to SLPs with CCC or CFY credentials
• Experience or strong interest in working with elementary students (grades K-4)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver evaluation, diagnosis, and therapy services to K-4 students in accordance with established IEPs and best practices
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to create supportive and effective learning environments
• Maintain thorough documentation and timely progress reporting for each student caseload
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide insight to shape educational plans
• Educate staff and parents regarding strategies to support speech and language development
