Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is hiring a full time PCA to join our staff and work in an amazing school! Are you passionate about helping all students reach their potential? Special Education Paraprofessional / PCA Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Experience working with K-12 children
Special Education Paraprofessional Responsibilities:
- Execute support in servicing the Individualized Education Plans (IEP) for each of the students in your care
- Communicate with other staff and family members about each student's progress and struggles
- Use individualized reinforcement techniques to keep each student on the path toward greatness
- Support the classroom teacher in the areas of behavior reinforcement and academics
- Create a safe, productive classroom environment

Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) provides the nation's public school districts, charter schools, and communities at large with highly qualified teachers and pediatric therapists, including Special Education Teachers; as well as speech, occupational, and physical therapists.
