Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with physical therapy needs
- Develop individualized treatment plans to restore function and mobility
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes
- Document patient progress and adjust treatments as needed
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and home programs
Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license in Wyoming (or compact eligible)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in rehabilitation therapy
- BLS certification preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficient in therapeutic exercise and manual therapy techniques
- Knowledge of EMR systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
