Program Analyst I

Bennett Aerospace, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Program Analyst I located in Arlington, VA. The successful candidate will conduct processes and procedures as required by the program office. Key responsibilities and duties include gathering and organizing information from various sources, analyzing information to identify issues and isolate problems, preparing and editing written correspondence, reviewing and analyzing documents for completeness and accuracy, working in groups/teams on special projects, communicating with high-level officials, researching and providing accurate information on program policies, preparing statistical analyses and evaluations of program performance, assisting in fund transfers, developing and maintaining logs and databases, providing administrative support, preparing correspondence for higher level signature, updating automated records/database, preparing reports, processing inquiries and documentation, collecting, compiling and reporting data, and proficiency in using Virtual Earth, MapPoint and Google Earth Software.

Education and experience requirements include a Bachelor's Degree, superior time management, organization and prioritization skills, ability to build and maintain relationships, at least one year of experience with financial, budgetary or a related field, excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, high level of confidentiality, ability to adapt to change, ability to research and gather information, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, strong ability to work in teams, ability to communicate effectively with employees and outside contacts, ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented work environment, and security requirements including Public Trust clearance, US citizenship, successful pass of Bennett Aerospace background investigation, drug screening and credit check.

Compensation is competitive market-based salary, commensurate with experience and education, and a comprehensive benefits package is available.
