Keys Dental Specialists is currently hiring for a full-time Dental Asst - Dentist Assistant to join our caring dentistry team in the Key West, FL area. This entry-level dental assisting position earns a highly competitive wage of $18 per hour. Experienced assistants could earn $20 - $30+ per hour, depending on experience.

Your New Role As A Dental Asst - Dentist Assistant
We customize a schedule that is mutually beneficial for all our employees. The typical hours are from 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, with certain team members coming in early and others staying later. The days worked are flexible as well, either Monday – Thursday, Monday – Friday, or Tuesday - Friday.
In this entry-level dental assisting position, you excel at making a trip to the dentist a pleasant experience for our patients. Each day, your upbeat personality is contagious as you greet our patients and help them feel at ease. You then perform a variety of duties, such as taking X-rays, helping with procedures, and making sure our rooms are clean and sanitary.
You also serve as a strong asset to our team as you communicate clearly and ensure exceptional quality control. Personable and friendly, you love forming strong connections with your coworkers and our patients. At the end of the day, you feel great knowing you're making a positive difference in many lives!

We manage a wide variety of problems relating to the mouth, jaws, and facial region, including bone grafting, wisdom teeth extraction, dental implant surgery, corrective jaw surgery, and traumatic injuries. Our approach to quality dentistry is to customize our care and help our patients meet their goals as we strive to attain total patient satisfaction.
