Now Hiring: Assembly Operator – 1st Shift

Location: Watertown, Connecticut
Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour (depending on experience) | Weekly Pay
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Overtime: Available based on production needs, including occasional Saturdays

Responsibilities:

• Assemble pre-cut wooden components into finished cable reels.
• Use hand tools and measuring devices to ensure product accuracy. 
• Weigh, label, and tag completed products for shipment.
• Apply grease for waterproofing and product protection.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met. 
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work area.
• Assist with additional warehouse and production tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous sit-down forklift and warehouse experience required.
• Assembly experience preferred.
• Strong reliability and consistent attendance. 
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. 
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. 
• Ability to lift, bend, and stand throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in a labor-intensive, non-climate-controlled environment.
