Lead Warehouse Operator (2nd Shift)

Lead Warehouse Operator (2nd Shift) – $30.00 per hour plus $1.00 shift differential. Shift: 2nd Shift, 3:00PM to 11:30PM; weekends, overtime or holidays as needed. Key Responsibilities Comply with all safety processes and enforce safety practices for self and others. Show up on time, complete tasks by deadlines, and adapt to changes quickly. Process work orders by selecting correct products from racks, palletizing them, shrink‑wrapping, and staging the product order for delivery. Multi‑task and keep up with warehousing demands in a fast‑paced environment. Ensure all standard operating procedures are followed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area. Operate forklift daily and use other plant machinery and equipment as needed. Assist with cycle counts and organize warehouse areas. Required Experience and Skills Must be 18years or older. 5+years of warehousing experience, at least 2years in a lead position. Basic computer and math skills. Able to read, write, comprehend, and follow verbal and written instructions. Willingness to learn new skills, problem‑solve, and troubleshoot. Strong collaboration, communication, and respectfulness. Successful forklift certification required. Preferred Experience 7+years of warehousing experience, with 3–5years in a lead position. Forklift experience. Physical Requirements Able to lift or carry up to 60pounds. Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending, stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing, and other active movements. Perform duties while wearing personal protective equipment. Work in temperature zones that include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods and may include areas with dust and chemicals.
