What We’re Looking For: The License: You must have a current Cosmetology or Barber license (and a Manager's license if your state requires it). The Hustle: You are comfortable working at least 38 hours a week, including the busy times (evenings and weekends). The Mindset: You aren't just looking for a title; you’re looking to lead. You’re tech‑savvy, good with basic math, and can handle administrative tasks without breaking a sweat. Reliability: You’re the heartbeat of the salon.
