Position: Construction Superintendent - Traveling

Location:  Wisconsin

Compensation: $70k-$100k Based on Experience

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead daily on-site construction activities for commercial and retail projects

· Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel

· Manage project schedules, inspections, and punch lists

· Ensure work meets quality, safety, and code compliance standards

· Conduct daily reports, photos, and communication with project management

· Oversee site utilities, grease traps, underground work, and related scopes

· Maintain site cleanliness, signage, and safety compliance at all times

· Represent the company professionally with clients, inspectors, and vendors

· Support small hands-on tasks when required to maintain schedule

Required Experience & Qualifications:

· Minimum of 3 years of construction experience (required)

· Commercial and/or multifamily new construction & remodel experience (preferred)

· Residential experience considered

· Experience managing or supervising field crews strongly preferred

· Strong understanding of site development and underground utilities (including grease traps, utilities, pads, etc.)

· Ability to read blueprints, construction documents, and specifications

· Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

· Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

· Ability to manage schedules, materials, and subcontractors independently

Travel Requirements:

· Must be willing to travel nationwide for project assignments

· Typical travel schedule is up to 2 weeks at a time, multiple times per year

· Lodging and per diem provided while traveling
