Opportunity for Family Medicine Physician

Our organization is currently seeking a Family Medicine/Surgical Obstetrics Physician to join our team at a prominent health system. This role is situated in Murrieta, CA, and is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, faith-oriented environment.

The perfect candidate will be a Board Certified Family Physician with experience in primary care and obstetrics. We are looking for an individual who possesses excellent interpersonal skills and is eager to build meaningful relationships with patients, working closely with them to create personalized health improvement plans. Additionally, the selected physician will contribute to our residency program.

This affiliation allows patients to receive exceptional care from providers across more than 35 specialties. Our integrated care model enables patients to access behavioral health services, dieticians, clinical pharmacists, social workers, and chaplains during the same visit, fostering a comprehensive, team-oriented approach to healthcare.

We understand that underserved populations require a wide range of support that goes beyond our direct services. Our success is rooted in strong collaborations with over 100 community partners, leveraging their expertise to provide holistic care for our patients.

Our organization is affiliated with a major medical center, children's hospital, and medical school, all dedicated to delivering comprehensive care at an exceptional clinical standard. The medical center serves as the primary tertiary referral source for Riverside and San Bernardino counties, catering to a population nearing 4 million.

The starting base salary for this position ranges from $280,000 to $310,000 annually, adjusted based on experience and faculty rank. This figure does not include variable compensation or additional productivity incentives and is subject to departmental compensation plans.
