We're looking for a proactive, analytical, and business-oriented Senior Data Product Analyst to join our Strategy and Operations team. This person will be the resident expert on measuring and driving impact across our AI-powered products, acting as a strategic thought partner to Product Management and Strategy teams throughout the product lifecycle — from experimentation to launch, post-launch, and scale.

This role has high visibility and is crucial to shaping how we prioritize, evaluate, and grow our product portfolio. Strong analytical rigor, curiosity, and the ability to translate data into clear recommendations for both technical and executive audiences are key to succeeding in this fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product managers and engineers to measure results and deliver insights on products across their lifecycle: experimentation, launch, post-launch, and at scale.
• Identify key metrics and insights to track progress on high-priority initiatives, including new AI product launches.
• Develop analytics frameworks to run A/B tests and measure the success of product features and initiatives.
• Uncover insights that help identify new product opportunities and maximize the performance of existing ones.
• Present findings and recommendations to product leadership and executive stakeholders to inform the roadmap.
• Identify areas of opportunity within existing launches and mature products.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or business intelligence, with hands-on experience using a data visualization tool (Looker, Tableau, Qlikview, MicroStrategy, or similar).
• Strong SQL skills, including writing and optimizing queries in a business environment.
• Solid understanding of statistics and experience designing and running A/B tests.
• Familiarity with data warehouse architecture, ETL processes, and modern reporting/analytics tools and environments.
• Ability to manage fast-paced, dynamic projects in a highly organized way.
• Strong communication skills, with experience presenting analysis results to stakeholders to drive strategic decisions.
• Natural curiosity and analytical rigor — you like asking "why?" and using data and logic to explore solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or equivalent work experience.
