PRST is seeking an experienced Lead Landscaper for high-end custom residential projects throughout the Peninsula. This is a hands-on lead role responsible for helping direct a small crew while performing landscape installation, planting, irrigation, pavers/stonework, and site preparation.
Peninsula Area | $25–$28/hr | Temp-to-Hire
This long-term, temp-to-hire position pays $25–$28/hr and offers weekly pay, health benefits, flexible scheduling, and access to our Respect the Craft rewards program.

- 4+ years of landscape construction experience
- Lead or crew leadership experience preferred
- Skilled in planting, irrigation, pavers/stonework, and site work
- Ability to read basic plans and coordinate daily tasks
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- High-end residential experience preferred
- Must be able to Pass BACKGROUND check
