Supporting the CMS Hospital Quality Reporting Program, the full-time salaried Hospital Quality Reporting Manager will coordinate project activities, manage contractor oversight, and facilitate communication among stakeholders in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Coordinate project activities, including work plan development, timeline management, and progress tracking to ensure successful execution of the Hospital Quality Reporting Program Serve as the primary liaison with the CMS quality reporting support contractor, aligning priorities and monitoring performance to facilitate timely completion of deliverables Develop and maintain project documentation, including reports and meeting materials, while identifying opportunities to improve project management processes and operational efficiency Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, public health, information management, or a related field preferred A minimum of three years of experience in project coordination, program support, or healthcare quality reporting Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and support timely completion of work in a deadline-driven environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and project management tools Experience using AI-enabled tools for drafting and workflow efficiency is preferred
