Gastroenterologist - Hospital-Based Practice

Overview:
StaffMed Health Partners is seeking a dedicated Gastroenterologist to join a reputable hospital-based practice in Pensacola, Florida. This role offers a balanced schedule, clinical variety, and the opportunity to contribute to a supportive healthcare environment within a vibrant coastal community. The position is ideal for both experienced physicians and new graduates seeking a fulfilling career in gastroenterology.


Required Skills:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
• Ability to work in a hospital-based GI practice
• Primarily Monday-Friday, daytime schedule
• Approximately Q5 call for nights and weekends
• Open to maintaining an occasional outpatient clinic, if desired
• EUS and ERCP experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to work within a supportive clinical environment
• Willingness to collaborate with a growing GME program

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) in gastroenterology
• Residency and fellowship training in gastroenterology
• Experience in hospital-based GI practice preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply

Other Requirements:

• Must hold or be eligible for medical licensure in Florida
• Supportive clinical environment with evolving GME programs
• Open to experienced physicians and recent graduates
