What You'll Do

You'll be the behind-the-scenes powerhouse ensuring warranty claims are accurate, compliant, and processed efficiently.

• Process and close warranty repair orders with precision
• File OEM warranty claims accurately and on time
• Review invoices to confirm labor, parts, fluids, and sublets are properly applied
• Code and submit claims following OEM and flat-rate guidelines
• Maintain accurate records in the Warranty Management Database System
• Edit repair order descriptions to meet vendor standards
• Act as the key liaison between Hunter Truck locations and OEM warranty departments
• Track parts returns and monitor claim progress
• Process warranty credits and coordinate with accounting
• Support team initiatives, meetings, and trainings

What You Bring

Associate's degree or 5+ years of experience as a Warranty Analyst or Service Writer (preferred)

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Valid Driver's License and ability to meet company insurability standards

OEM Certification (or ability to obtain)

A proactive mindset and strong attention to detail
