Make a meaningful impact by supporting students’ communication growth while covering maternity leaves for school-based Speech-Language Pathologists. Two rewarding contract opportunities are available, surrounded by the scenic beauty of Colorado, serving elementary and preschool populations. You’ll work in a collaborative environment alongside a highly experienced SLP, ensuring continuity of quality care for students with a range of speech, language, and communication needs.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
• Previous experience in school settings serving children with articulation, expressive/receptive language, fluency, social-pragmatic challenges, and high-tech AAC
• Comfort working with students with mild to severe needs across grade levels
• For the preschool assignment, in-person availability is required; the elementary role prefers in-person but may consider hybrid
• Passion for early intervention and fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment

What You’ll Do:

• Provide direct and consultative SLP services to students in either kindergarten–fifth grade or preschool (ages 3–5)
• Assess, plan, and implement interventions focused on speech, language, and communication goals
• Collaborate with teachers, caregivers, and other school professionals
• Maintain clear and timely documentation of services and student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team decisions
• Utilize tools and technologies, including high-tech AAC systems
• Attend staff development and professional workdays as scheduled
