The role comes with a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $70,000 annually, plus an enticing bonus potential of up to $15,000. Responsibilities Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Lead, train, and mentor restaurant staff to deliver excellent customer service Manage inventory, including ordering and stock control Develop and implement operational policies and procedures Analyze financial reports and develop strategies to enhance profitability Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure quality food preparation and presentation Plan and coordinate special events and promotions to boost sales Ensure a clean and welcoming restaurant environment for guests Monitor industry trends to ensure the restaurant remains competitive Requirements Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar managerial role Strong understanding of restaurant operations and management Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations Experience with point-of-sale systems and restaurant management software Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality management is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr NextGen Hospitality Solutions
