In this hands-on leadership role, you'll lead a lawn maintenance crew, operate equipment, and take ownership of maintaining commercial properties while ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency on every job.

Responsibilities - What you will do

• Lead and work alongside a lawn maintenance crew on commercial properties
• Perform mowing, trimming, edging, and general landscape maintenance
• Operate and transport equipment to job sites
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards
• Train, direct, and support crew members in daily tasks
• Maintain equipment and ensure proper care and usage
• Communicate with supervisors and support team success in the field

Requirements - What We're Looking For

• 1+ year of lawn, landscaping or outdoor labor experience required
• Previous leadership or crew lead experience preferred
• Valid Chauffeur's License (or ability to obtain one)
• Must meet DOT requirements (medical card and acceptable driving record)
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift, bend, and perform physical work throughout the day
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and team mindset
• Ability to manage time and stay organized on job sites
• Smartphone required
