Family Medicine w/OB (C-Section) Opportunity | Kinston, NC
UNC Health Complete Care, in partnership with UNC Health Lenoir, located in Kinston, NC, is currently seeking a Family Medicine Physician with OB/C-Section to join their team full-time.
Financial Package:
- Lucrative Annual Salary with Sign on Bonus

Requirements:
- MD/DO – Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine
- FM with OB C-Section/Surgical Fellowship required
- Prior Family Medicine with OB C-Section/Surgical practice experience
- Commitment to providing full-spectrum care including women’s health, prenatal, perinatal, postpartum, pediatrics, and family medicine
Role within OB/GYN Practice Model
- Collaborate closely with OB/GYN physicians to provide comprehensive obstetric care
- Manage prenatal, perinatal, and postpartum patients in coordination with the OB/GYN team
- Perform C-sections and other Obstetric surgical procedures as part of shared call & delivery coverage
- Participate in labor and delivery management, including high-risk cases under OB/GYN supervision
- Provide continuity of care for mothers and newborns, integrating family medicine principles
- Engage in interdisciplinary rounds and case discussions to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Support women’s health services, including family planning and preventive care, within the OB framework
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice standards in obstetrics
- Excellent clinic staff and leadership support
