Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality clinical therapy to individuals, children, families, or groups (based on population focus and clinical track).

• Maintain a mutually agreed-upon schedule with a minimum of 18 available client/work hours per week

• Actively participate in required weekly or bi-weekly clinical supervision, team meetings, and peer consult groups.

• Maintain timely, accurate, and ethical clinical documentation in accordance with state laws and practice standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, particularly in advanced modalities such as  EMDR and  Play Therapy

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Currently enrolled in an accredited Master's degree program in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or Psychology (for Paid Graduate Interns), or a completed Master's degree on track for/holding associate licensure (ALC, LMSW, AMFT, pre-licensed, etc.).

• Specialty Interest: A strong interest or background in learning  EMDR or  Play Therapy (training support and mentorship available).

• Schedule & Availability: Ability to work an agreed-upon schedule offering at least 18 available hours per week.

• Commitment: Willingness to make a 2-year commitment to the practice and your client caseload.

• Personal Attributes: Strong communication skills, openness to feedback, self-awareness, and a genuine interest in team success.
