Experienced Personal Injury Attorney
Telaré Law
Telaré Law is a personal injury firm headquartered in Richland, Washington, serving clients across Washington and Oregon and now growing into Montana and Idaho. We fight for people when they need it most, guiding them through the aftermath of an injury toward the compensation and resolution they deserve. As we expand into new states, we’re building a team that reflects our values: integrity, accountability, and genuine care for our clients and for each other.
We are actively seeking attorneys licensed in Montana and Idaho, as well as Washington and Oregon. If you want meaningful work alongside a team that invests in you the way we invest in our cases, we’d love to hear from you.
About the Role
This is a remote position, and you’re welcome to work from your home state. You’ll lead your own caseload with real autonomy, from intake through resolution, supported by a designated case manager and paralegal so your time goes to strategy and advocacy rather than administrative work. This role is built for attorneys who want to own outcomes, negotiate directly with insurance carriers, and grow into leadership as we open new markets in Montana and Idaho.
Pasco and the greater Tri-Cities are home to one of the largest Hispanic communities in Washington, and many of our clients communicate primarily in Spanish. Spanish-language client meetings, intake calls, and case updates are a core part of the work for attorneys serving that community.

- Negotiate with insurance carriers and manage settlements
- Draft pleadings and motions and manage discovery

- A committed client advocate with sound negotiation skills
- Someone who takes full ownership of their cases and their professional growth
- Independence paired with strong partnership with your case manager and paralegal
- Excellent organization and the ability to manage competing deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Sound judgment in a fast-paced environment
Your Background
- Managed a personal injury caseload from intake through resolution
- Negotiated injury claims with insurance carriers
