Client Advisor - Rolex Boutique by Polacheck's Jewelers

Polacheck's Jewelers is a fourth-generation family-owned and operated business for 100 years. We are proud to personally serve our customers in the finest atmosphere of the San Fernando Valley. Polacheck's is one of Southern California's most trusted Rolex Authorized Dealers, with a boutique in Westfield Topanga and a shop-in-shop in Calabasas. As a Client Advisor at our Topanga Rolex Boutique, you will serve as a trusted brand ambassador - cultivating meaningful client relationships, guiding guests through the Rolex collection, and delivering a personalized, elevated experience at every touchpoint. This role is for someone who takes genuine pride in client development, views sales as relationship-building, and holds themselves to the highest standards of professionalism and presentation.
Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Greet and assist clients with warmth and professionalism, providing tailored recommendations based on their individual preferences and needs.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the Rolex brand, including heritage, craftsmanship, and the art of brand storytelling.
- Sales Achievement: Meet and exceed individual sales targets while contributing to overall boutique goals.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, lasting client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining an inviting, aesthetically pleasing boutique environment consistent with Rolex and Polacheck's brand standards.
- Inventory Management: Help manage stock levels, assist with inventory counts, and ensure the boutique remains well-stocked and impeccably presented.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with boutique teammates to foster a cohesive, supportive, and high-performing work environment.
- KPI / CRM: Meet and exceed key performance and client management metrics, including up-to-date completed trainings, digital accuracy of client profiles, and consistent client outreach and follow-up.
- NPS Surveys: Achieve a minimum score of 85% on every client's NPS surveys.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in luxury retail or high-touch client-facing sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to connect with diverse clientele
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals and demonstrating compelling brand storytelling
- Ability to build rapport, foster trust, and cultivate long-term client relationships
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and boutique presentation
- Comfortable with CRM systems and digital client management tools
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Passion for the Rolex brand and knowledge of current trends in the luxury watch industry
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
