What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality ICU nursing care to critically ill patients
• Utilize the nursing process for assessment, planning, and implementation of patient care

• Document patient status accurately using EPIC electronic health records
• Adapt care approaches to diverse patient needs, respecting privacy and dignity
• Delegate and manage nursing team resources effectively
• Promote patient safety and quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment
• Follow infection control procedures and handle biological specimens safely

What You Need

• Current Louisiana RN license
• BLS, ACLS, NIH Certification (or equivalent)
• Minimum of 2 years' ICU nursing experience
• Strong communication, judgment, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a dynamic environment
