MaineGeneral Health is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our Rehabilitation team at Gray Birch Long-Term Care. You'll work alongside an experienced, welcoming interdisciplinary team providing rehabilitation services to Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care residents in a supportive environment that prioritizes quality outcomes, clinical excellence, and patient dignity. What You'll Do

• Evaluate each patient's ability to safely and independently perform daily living activities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that promote independence, safety, and quality of life.
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, adaptive equipment, and discharge recommendations.
• Supervise and delegate care provided by Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) and rehabilitation support staff in accordance with state regulations and professional practice standards.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, rehabilitation professionals, and caregivers to provide coordinated, patient-centered care.
• Assist with department staffing needs and support other MaineGeneral rehabilitation locations as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Current Maine Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility for Maine licensure)

Compensation Information:

$50.63 - $87.95 USD Hourly

The salary range shown reflects the base salary for this position. Individual compensation is determined based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, and market considerations.
