Production Staff

Production Staff Location: On-site (no remote work) Compensation: $40k~$50k (DOE) Hours: 3:00 PM–11:30 PM, Mon–Fri; overtime as needed; unpaid 30-min break; hours may change based on business needs Employment Type: Full-time, Non-Exempt Applications will only be considered from candidates who meet the listed job-related qualifications. Company Overview Food-grade soybean processing and export operation supporting global demand for non-GMO soybeans and evolving end-user quality requirements. Position Summary Operate and support scale house, processing/bagging, shipping, and warehouse activities; manage nighttime safety controls and related documentation. Key Responsibilities Evaluate/receive soybeans from growers in the scale house per procedure Run processing and bagging operations with focus on quality and efficiency Perform basic machine operation and maintenance Operate forklift safely; maintain valid forklift permit Load containers/trucks per shipping schedule and procedures Prepare shipping documents Organize and manage inventory, including physical counts Manage pest control for processing facility and warehouse Lift 60 lbs repeatedly Handle confidential/sensitive information with discretion Qualifications Required: High School Diploma Ability to lift 60 lbs repeatedly Forklift operation required (training and certification can be provided after hire) English communication skills Preferred: 2+ years production experience in food or grain industry Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) proficiency Strong organizational skills Ability to learn and stay current on industry market information Other Details Benefits: 401(k) Medical/Dental/Vision Life Insurance Long-Term Disability Paid Time Off Paid Holidays This role may include additional responsibilities as needed based on business needs. #J-18808-Ljbffr Pasona Inc.
