Supportive and collaborative team culture Growth and development opportunities Make a meaningful impact on patients every day Schedule (days/hours) M-TH 8‑5 Responsibilities Assist the doctor chairside during dental procedures Prepare and sterilize treatment rooms and instruments Take X‑rays and maintain accurate patient records Support smooth patient flow and provider efficiency Educate patients and help create a comfortable office experience Work collaboratively with clinical and front office teams Qualifications TX RDA Certification CPR Positive attitude and willingness to learn Strong communication and customer service skills Team‑oriented mindset Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment Passion for creating a welcoming and comfortable patient experience Compensation $19–$22/hour Benefits Benefits are determined by employment status/hours worked and include paid time off (PTO), health, dental, vision, health savings account, telemedicine, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability insurance, employee discount programs, pet insurance, and a 401k plan.
