Recreational Therapist for AI Model Evaluation

Recreational therapists can apply their clinical expertise to AI evaluation projects by assessing field-specific content and providing structured feedback that improves how AI models understand therapeutic practice, workplace tasks, and professional language. Role Overview

This remote, project-based independent contractor engagement is designed to fit alongside primary employment. No prior AI experience is required, and participants can build new skills while contributing to AI use in the field.

• Develop prompts for AI models that reflect recreational therapy work.
• Evaluate AI-generated responses and content related to recreational therapy.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to strengthen model performance in the field.
• Apply professional context from responsibilities such as designing and implementing therapeutic sports, music, and art activities tailored to patients'' physical and psychological needs to support rehabilitation and community integration.
• Use experience monitoring and documenting patient progress, adjusting treatment plans, and collaborating with medical teams to assess high-quality AI outputs.

• At least 4 years of professional experience in recreational therapy or related work involving the responsibilities described above.
• Ability to work asynchronously and independently in collaboration with leading AI labs.

• Remote and asynchronous work, completed independently from your location.
• Flexible schedule with no minimum time commitment. Most participants average 5 to 20 hours per week.
• Projects are available year-round and open periodically across areas of expertise.
• Project placement depends on availability. If no suitable project is available after applying, additional projects may become available later.

Up to $75/hr (depending on the project).

F-1 students eligible for CPT or OPT may be eligible for projects. Consult your Designated School Official to determine eligibility. If your school requires a CPT course, this work may not meet your school''s requirements. STEM OPT is not supported.
