If you thrive in sales and hospitality, keep reading.DescriptionThe Role As a Dual Sales Manager for Hampton Inn and Homewood Suites - Austin Round Rock (managed by Dimension Hospitality), you generate revenue for two hotel properties by developing and maintaining client relationships, securing new business, and supporting sales strategies that drive occupancy and revenue growth. You will focus on group sales, corporate accounts, and market outreach while collaborating with hotel leadership teams to achieve shared business goals across both properties.What You Will Be DoingGenerate new business through prospecting, networking, and market outreach for both hotel locationsManage existing accounts and build long term client relationships that support revenue growth across the portfolioPrepare proposals, contracts, and agreements for group bookings and negotiated businessConduct site tours and represent the hotel to prospective clientsWork closely with operations teams to ensure successful event and group execution, events, and guest experiencesMaintain accurate sales records, account details, and reportingParticipate in sales meetings, strategy sessions, and hotel marketing effortsMonitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
