Quick Facts Location: Portsmouth, OH Start Date: 08/04/2026 End Date: Ongoing Shift: Mon-Thursday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Office hours) Hours/Week: 32 hours Employment Type: Full-time Licensure: Ohio Medical License required Experience: Prior Urology experience preferred but not required Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 Benefits: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements What You ll Do Conduct outpatient urology consultations and follow-ups Perform office-based procedures such as vasectomies, prostate biopsies, cystoscopies with stent removal, and prostate ultrasounds Assist with hospital procedures including cystocele repair, hernia repair, HIFU, prostate biopsy, and more Collaborate with office staff and clinical team to ensure patient care excellence Manage approximately 15-20 patients daily in a busy outpatient setting Contribute to patient education and treatment planning What You Need Required: Ohio Medical License or eligibility to obtain one Urology certification or eligibility Strong communication and organizational skills Preferred: Prior outpatient Urology experience Ability to perform office procedures and assist with hospital-based interventions About the Assignment Join a respected medical facility dedicated to delivering high-quality urology care. The practice features a modern office with 6 exam rooms, 2 procedure rooms, and advanced equipment including UDS and ultrasound machines. The team includes nurse practitioners, medical assistants, clinical staff, and a surgery scheduler, supporting a patient-centered experience. You will have the opportunity to see a diverse case mix and perform a variety of office-based and hospital procedures, contributing to comprehensive urological care.
