Quality Control Manager

Overview

cyDaptiv Solutions is seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager to oversee quality control activities and ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality products and services in accordance with contractual requirements, company standards, and applicable Government requirements. This individual will establish, implement, monitor, and continuously improve quality control processes throughout contract performance. The Quality Control Manager is considered a key position and will be identified to the Government, along with a current resume, upon notification of the base contract award.

This position is contingent upon cyDaptiv Solutions being awarded the applicable contract. Employment for this role will be dependent upon contract award and Government approval, as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the project's Quality Control Program and associated procedures.
• Ensure products and services meet contractual requirements, established quality standards, and customer expectations.
• Perform ongoing monitoring, inspections, reviews, and assessments of project activities and deliverables.
• Identify quality deficiencies, nonconformities, trends, and areas requiring corrective action.
• Develop, track, and verify corrective and preventive actions through completion.
• Maintain quality records, inspection documentation, reports, metrics, and other required documentation.
• Establish and monitor key quality performance indicators and provide regular reporting to project and company leadership.
• Conduct internal quality reviews and support Government inspections, audits, and surveillance activities.
• Coordinate with project managers, technical personnel, subcontractors, and Government representatives regarding quality-related matters.
• Review project deliverables for compliance with contractual and quality requirements prior to submission or acceptance.
• Promote continuous improvement and identify opportunities to improve processes, performance, and service delivery.
• Ensure employees understand applicable quality requirements and provide quality-related guidance or training when necessary.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for quality control matters associated with the contract.
• Represent cyDaptiv Solutions professionally in quality-related discussions with Government customers and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field from an accredited university or college.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of relevant experience in the quality control field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Quality Control Manager.
• Demonstrated experience developing, implementing, and managing quality control processes and procedures.
• Experience monitoring performance against contractual requirements and established quality standards.
• Strong understanding of corrective action, root cause analysis, quality assurance/control principles, and continuous improvement.
• Experience preparing quality reports, metrics, inspection records, and other formal documentation.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to effectively manage competing priorities and quality requirements across multiple project activities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with Government customers, project leadership, technical personnel, and subcontractors.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting Federal Government or Department of Defense contracts.
• Familiarity with ISO-based quality management systems and structured quality management processes.
• Experience supporting Government audits, inspections, surveillance activities, or formal quality reviews.
