Advisory Business Analyst with the following duties

• Analyze and evaluate business processes across supply chain management, inventory management, warehouse operations, and retail operations, and recommend improvements using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Dynamics 365 Commerce.
• Perform fit gap analysis, gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements, and translate them into functional specifications and solution designs aligned with business objectives.
• Design and support implementation of end-to-end business processes including Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory-to-Deliver, and Retail and Commerce.
• Configure and support Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management modules, including Inventory Management, Warehouse Management (WMS), Procurement and Sourcing, and Sales and Marketing.
• Implement retail operations using Dynamics 365 Commerce and the Store Commerce application, including pricing, promotions, and transaction processing.
• Coordinate with technical teams to support system enhancements, integrations, and data exchange using data entities, batch processes, and APIs.
• Perform system testing activities including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and regression testing using tools like RSAT, and support system version updates by evaluating impacts and validating changes.
• Analyze system issues, support implementation of enhancements and process improvements, and maintain documentation including Functional Design Documents (FDDs), test cases, process flows, and user guides.
• Provide user training, develop training materials and user manuals, and support end users during and after system implementation to ensure successful adoption.
• Perform data migration, data validation, and reporting activities using D365 Data Management Framework (DMF) and Power BI.
• Facilitate cutover planning and go-live activities, validating system readiness, and ensuring a smooth transition to production environments.

Requirements: Educational requirements: Bachelor of Business Administration or a related field.

2 years of experience in the offered position or in the alternate job title of Principal Consultant, Senior Consultant or related.

Skill set requirements: 2 years of experience in the following skill sets:

• MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
• MS Dynamics 365 Commerce
• Dynamics Store Commerce Application
• MS Dynamics Warehouse Management Application (WMS)
• Azure DevOps, Regression Suite Automation Tool (RSAT)
• Data Management Framework (DMF), PowerBI
• System integration technologies (APIs, data entities, batch processes)
• JIRA, MS Office & Visio

The position is currently located in Pittsburgh, PA but may require medium to long-term relocation to any other unanticipated locations in the US.
