Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Oshkosh, WI
Pay Rate: $47–$50/hour on W2
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide mental health services, assessments, and case management support in a professional healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for helping individuals achieve positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans.
Provide individual counseling, crisis intervention, and supportive services.
Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams, healthcare providers, and community resources.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
Assist clients with discharge planning and resource referrals.
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Ensure confidentiality and adherence to ethical and professional standards.

Requirements:

Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license.
Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
Experience in mental health, behavioral health, healthcare, or related settings preferred.
Strong assessment, documentation, and case management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
