Physician Urology - Competitive Salary

Job Description We are seeking a full-time Urologist to join Texoma Medical Center in Denison, Texas. This is a turnkey opportunity due to a recent retirement , offering immediate patient volume, strong referral support, and access to advanced surgical technology, allowing you to focus on comprehensive urologic care within a collaborative and well-established practice. Quick Facts Employment Type: Full-Time, Employed • Schedule / Hours: Clinic and surgical schedule with dedicated OR time • Call: 1:3 call rotation • Patient Volume: Established and growing patient base with immediate demand • Location: Denison, Texas (60 miles north of Dallas) • Practice Setting: Hospital-affiliated multi-specialty group • Support / Care Team: Two experienced Urologists, APPs, and full clinical support staff • EMR / Technology: Advanced surgical technology including robotics and modern EMR Responsibilities Provide comprehensive urologic care to adult patient population • Perform a full range of urologic procedures, including robotic-assisted surgery • Manage outpatient clinic and inpatient consults • Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and multidisciplinary care teams • Participate in shared call responsibilities • Document patient care using hospital EMR system Compensation & Benefits Salary: $550,000 - $650,000 plus productivity incentives/bonuses • Sign-on / Relocation: Potential for sign-on bonus and relocation assistance • Health, Dental, Vision & Retirement: Comprehensive benefits package • PTO, CME & Schedule Flexibility: Paid time off and CME allowance • Wellness & Work-Life Balance Support: Manageable 1:3 call schedule Qualifications Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology Active or eligible Texas medical license Robotics experience preferred but not required Interest in a community-based, full-scope urology practice Growth & Development Immediate opportunity to build a busy practice due to physician retirement Access to advanced surgical technology including robotics Strong referral network and established patient base Affiliation with a national healthcare organization offering long-term career growth Texoma Medical Center is a 414-bed regional referral center serving North Texas and Southern Oklahoma.
