\n As a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to carry out treatment plans, support patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals, and help promote strength, mobility, and independence. \n Key Responsibilities:

  Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising Physical Therapist.

  Provide hands-on patient care, including therapeutic exercises, modalities, and functional training.

  Monitor and document patient progress and communicate updates or changes to the supervising Physical Therapist.

\n
• \n

  Educate patients and their families on treatment techniques, exercises, and recovery strategies.

\n
• \n

  Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment in compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.

• \n

  Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care.

• \n

  Participate in staff meetings, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

\n
• \n

  Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.

\n
• \n

  Current or eligible Florida state licensure as a PTA.

\n
• \n

  Previous clinical experience preferred (new graduates welcome to apply).

\n
• \n

  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

\n
• \n

  Proficiency with basic computer applications for documentation.

\n
• \n

  Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
