We are currently seeking a meticulous and organised Information Entry Clerk to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy of our company data, ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently. This position is perfect for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a structured environment and is eager to contribute to a well-established company. **Responsibilities** As an Information Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks essential to our daily operations. Your primary duties will include:

• Accurately inputting and updating customer information, service records, and technician work orders into our company database.
• Verifying the accuracy and completeness of all data entered, correcting any discrepancies as needed.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive company and customer information.
• Assisting with the generation of regular reports for management.
• Organising and maintaining digital and physical files to ensure they are easily accessible.
• Liaising with technicians and other administrative staff to gather necessary information.
• Performing other administrative duties as required to support the office team.
• *Qualifications**

We are looking for a candidate who possesses the following skills and qualifications:

• Proven experience in a data entry, information entry, or similar administrative role.
• Exceptional typing speed and a high degree of accuracy.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel and MS Word.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• The ability to work independently with minimal supervision and also collaboratively as part of a team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• A high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Familiarity with the HVAC or a related service industry is advantageous but not essential.
